Those were the first words Ben said to me.

Where are you based?

I am currently running this program out of PureGym Bournemouth in the town centre

How much weight would I be looking to lose?

Everyone has different starting points, so it's impossible to make an exact prediction, some of my guys only need to lose a few pounds, while others need to lose a few stone. But in your first 3 months on the program you could be looking at dropping 1-2 stone of body fat in that time frame

How much are your services?

This can vary slightly depending on the best tailored package for your personal journey. But to give you an idea typically, you would be looking at investing somewhere between £200-300 monthly

Do I need a certain level of fitness?

Everyone has a different starting point and all my guys come in different shapes and sizes! We focus more on strength building in our training sessions (at your own level) as opposed to loads of cardio, which is a much more results driven approach

Do you do diet plans?

I have a 3 step nutrition process included in the program that will help you get in complete control over your weekly fat loss / muscle gain
